Optus, oh how I hate thee

Does anyone else experience very bad connection with Optus? I feel as though my internet is on a constant on/off connection, where majority of the time it is spent offline. So here I am, sitting at my grandparent's house and leeching my uncle's internet.

But in all seriousness, they literally came to "fix" our internet connection a week ago. And our family had to pay around $300 for a new modem, technician fee, etc. All for? DODGY INTERNET.

Now I am just attempting to finish my research journal that is due in tomorrow.
